She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Ohms and Helen Ohms (Schacht); her husband Glenn J. Swinehart; her grandson Eric Swinehart; and her siblings, Raymond, Donald, Robert, Kenny, Dorothy and Jim Ohms.
She is survived by: her children, Linda M. Dorson (Dwayne) of Gillette, WY, Daniel G. Swinehart (Tammy) of Fremont, OH, Thomas J. Swinehart (Kimberly) of Fremont, OH and Diann L. Valentine (Dennis) of Burgoon, OH; and her siblings, Arlene Jones, Dave Ohms (Connie), Edith Smith of Holland, OH and Norma Nesbitt. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
