He is survived by: his children, Anthony "Tony" Kuzma and Krista Ann Kuzma; his granddaughter Hayley Rose Mancini; his sisters, Mary Beaston (Dan) and Barbara Reineck (Rich); his nephews, Brian Flahiff (Missy) and Patrick Reineck; his great-nieces, Ashley and Stephanie Flahiff; and his great-nephew Liam Reineck of Fremont, OH.

Social distancing will be observed throughout all services with wait times taking place outdoors.
