She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn Jean (Johns) and Richard Blair "Dick" Morgan; her brothers, Gary and Daniel Morgan; and her husband Lowell E. Balduf.
She is survived by: her children, Robert J. "Rob" Rakay III (Sarah), Richard B. "Rich" Rakay (Mallory), Marilyn McDaniels (Estep) and Gary Estep; her grandchildren, Jacob, Zachary McDaniels, Cora, Abigail Rakay, Tristan, Hayden and Carter Estep; her brother Steven T. Morgan (Marcia); and her nieces, Pene Friar (Rob) and Beth Cendere (Levent).
