She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Chavez and Carolina Chavez (Avalos). She is survived by: her children, Virginia Sanchez of Fremont, OH and Jose Martinez (Tiffany) of Elmore, OH; her grandchildren, Ivan Franco, Isela Franco, Jorge Sanchez, Caden Caskey, Micah Martinez and Ophelia Jane Martinez; and her siblings, Martha Arreola (Jose), Rafael Chavez (Belinda), Robert Chavez (Monica), Manuel Chavez, Graviel Chavez (Sara) and Jesus Chavez.
