She is survived by: her parent Thadeaus Lee (Patty) of Fremont, OH; her children, Makai Lee, Malise Lee-Garrett and Maizah Lee-Pruitt; her mother Lorrie Birdsong-Keenum (Steven) of Houstonia; her siblings, Blaire Johnson (Jay) of St. Joseph, MO, Jackie Gerken (Dennis) of Sedalia, MO, Kyle Tucker of Fremont, OH, Jasmine Heath (Bobby) of Woodville, OH, Jade Lewis of Atlanta and Mariah Smith (Fred); and her caregiver Rodnie Lee.
Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family for college expenses for the children.
