She was predeceased by: her parents, Edger Thomas Turley and Martha Ann Miller (Aldrich); her husband Clyde Ivy; her daughters, Tanya and Dreamalee Ivy; and her siblings, Betty Kollman and Edgar Turley.

She is survived by: her sons, Scott Ivy (Karol) of Fremont, OH and John Ivy (AJ McGee) of Fremont, OH; her grandchildren, Jillian Heberling (Brandon) of Waterford, MI, Kelsey Ivy (Kyle Mange) of Clyde, OH, Kaley Steyer (AJ) of Green Springs, OH, Jamy Ivy of Fremont, OH, Fred Ivy of Clyde, OH and Alysia Runkle (Brian) of Clyde, OH; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Ashlyne, Caden, Chloe and Grayson.

Helen donated her body to the University of Toledo Medical Center.
