James A. Willey Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Willey and Enora Willey (Keiffer); his wife Ruth "Babe" Randolph; and his siblings, Joanne Hilty (Ted) and Richard Willey (Barbara).
He is survived by: his sons, John R. Willey (Lori) of Fremont and Robert J. Willey (Mikie) of Tokyo, Japan; his grandchildren, Isaac, Aaron, Owen and Francis; and his close friend Croghan Alum Jennifer Feick. He is also survived by many friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
