He was predeceased by : his parents, James Gordon and Ruth Mumaw (Mitchell); and his great-niece Paige Russell. He is survived by : his wife Mary Ellen Russell of Fremont; his nephew Paul Russell (Penny) of Fremont; his great-niece Pamela; and his great-nephew P. J..

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory (900 North St, Fremont, OH 43420). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
