He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence F. Gloer and Marie M. Gloer (Baumann); and his siblings, Donald, Eldon, Richard, Dale, Edwin Gloer, Alma Dumminger and Dolores Klohn.
He is survived by: his wife Rita A. Gloer of Fremont, OH; his children, Teresa M. Pike (John Jr.) of Toledo, OH, Julia L. Mitchell (Todd) of Holland, OH and Scott M. Gloer of Lower Burrell, PA; his grandchildren, Johnny, Hannah, Luke, Hailey, Connor, Colton and Karlee; and his great grandchildren, James and Emma.
Memorials can be made in James' honor to the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio or Parkinson Foundation of Northwest Ohio.
