He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bullinger and Mary Ann Bullinger (Kramer). He is survived by: his children, Matthew Bullinger of Fremont and Jennifer Bullinger of Fremont; his grandchildren, Brooke Kwiatkowski and Kaiden Schade; and his brother Robert Bullinger of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
