He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvel Armentrout and Elnora Hartley (Fowler); his wife Leona R. Carroll; his stepparents, Ed Hartley and Charlotte Armentrout; and his siblings, Frank Armentrout and Judy Hunter.
He is survived by: his children, Elnora Davis (Rick) of Lima, OH, Kimberly Vorhes of Lima, OH, Greg Armentrout (Rita), Janice Haas and Helena; and his sister Lorretta Williams of Michigan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
