He was predeceased by: his parents, George Held and Dorothy Held (Shilling); and his brothers, Kirk and Mark Held. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Held; his sons, Jason Held (Liz Miller) and Justin Held (Amanda) of Swanton, OH; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Hailey, Maximus Held, Joelle Wilson (Adam) and Trent Thompson; his great grandchild Colton Wilson; his sister Carol Phillips (Mike); and his sister-in-law Beckie Held. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory (425 E State St, Fremont, OH 43420). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
