He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Lagrou of Clyde, OH; his children, Erica Keckler (Brad) of Fremont, OH and Kyle Lagrou (Taylor) of Green Springs, OH; his stepsons, Joseph Haar and Jeremy Haar; his siblings, Steven Lagrou (Sonya), Teresa Hasselbach (Dale), Timothy Lagrou, Traci Lagrou and Lorie Lagrou; his stepfather Robert Nepper (Joyce); his grandchildren, Austin Payne, Cameron Payne, Carter Payne, Chloe Lagrou, Carson Lagrou and Claira Lagrou; his great grandchildren, Hayzel Payne, Kendall, Kohman and Enslee Payne; and his brothers-in-law, Vern Barnes, Jr. (Maria Pelkey) and Lynn Barnes (Mary Lou).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory (425 E State St, Fremont, OH 43420). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
