He is survived by : his children, Laura Starks-Carmon (James) of Columbus, OH, Darlene Starks of Columbus, OH, Charles "PacMan" Starks, Rochelle Starks and Elijah Starks; and his siblings, Willie Starks, JC Starks, James Starks, Daisy Newsome and Charles Starks Sr.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; siblings.
