He was predeceased by : his parent Kyung "Sook" Ottney. He is survived by : his father Dale Ottney (June); his wife Susan Ottney; his children, Bobby Fraley of Fremont, Corey Fraley (Amy) of Fremont, Brittany Parks (Justin) of Fremont and Brad Davis (Sarah); his siblings, Jeff Ottney, Janet Ottney and Steven Ottney; and his grandchildren, Bryant Fraley, Justin Parks II, Trevin Fraley, Elayna Parks, Arya Davis, Tre Gilpen and Tye Gilpen.
