It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Lewis Gerwin of Fremont, Ohio, born in Gibsonburg, Ohio, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Gerwin and Juanita Gerwin (Ottney); his daughter Kimberly Roelle; and his brothers, William and James Gerwin.

He is survived by : his sons, Chris Rollins of Findlay and Fred Rollins of Tiffin; his grandchildren, Tina Juarez (Ben), Tim Fate (Teena), Jaime Martin (Jared) and Jon Rollins (Jessica); and his great grandchildren, Jenna, Jackson Juarez, Terron, Alani Morrow, Hunter, Cole, Brayden, Harper Martin and Jaelyn Barnwell.

Memorial contributions may be made to Sandusky County Dog Warden.
