He was predeceased by: his parents, Verlin J. Horner and Rosina Horner (Renfro); his wife LaVonne Miller; his son John Horner; his grandson Toby Garn; his great grandchild Aries Garn; and his siblings, Daniel Horner, James Horner, Allen Horner, Albert Horner, Doris Vincent and Shirley Orndorff.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deana Horner of Fremont, OH, Renee Horner of Fremont, OH, Rochelle Peters (Ken) of Bowling Green, OH and Angela Garn (Paul) of Bettsville, OH; his grandchildren, Jessica (Eric), Betsy, Sadie (Joel), Kristen (Aaron), Nicholas (Ashleigh), Missy (Jon), Rebekah (Jason), Chasity (Brandon), Lucas (Tammy) and Jeremy (Amber); and his siblings, Robin Horner, David "Davey" Horner, Ann Bowling, Brenda Himelight and Betty Gabriel. He is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren.
Memorials can be made in his honor to Victory Church.
