It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karol Ann Boedeker of Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karol Ann Boedeker to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glendon Laird and Margaret Laird (Laurendeau); her daughter Melinda Brean; her siblings, James Laird, Timothy Laird and Kay Ritzman; her children-in-law, Rick Stinson, Joel Brean and Cathy Labie; and her siblings-in-law, Diane "Annie" Laird, Ronald Ritzman and Allen Boedeker.
She is survived by: her husband Arnold Boedeker; her children, Kandi Stinson of Cincinnati, OH, Michael Boedeker (Cordy) of Kingston, OH and Mark Boedeker (Barb) of Attica, OH; and her siblings, Glendon Laird Sr. of Fremont, OH and Kelly Zimmerman (Mark) of Fostoria, OH. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (550 Smith Rd, Fremont, OH 43420). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made in her honor to Legacy Life Enrichment Center, Sacred Heart Catholic Church or American Cancer Society.
