He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Waggoner and Dorothy Waggoner (Babione). He is survived by : his wife Kay Gnepper of Fremont; his daughter Leigh Ann Nason (Douglas) of Fremont; his grandson Tyler Waggoner Nason; and his brother Robert Waggoner of Port Clinton.
