He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl R. Smith and Ethel Mae Smith (Lerch); his wife Carolyn Betty Geldin of John's Lutheran Church; and his siblings, Donald Smith, Earl Smith Jr., Larry Smith, Gary Smith, Keith Smith, Pauline Conklin, Marjorie A. Roepke and Lyle Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Kristopher Smith (Kathy) of Dublin, OH, Kassi Stotz (Steve) of Fremont and Kelli Fernandez-Medina (Nicolas) of Boston, MA; his grandchildren, Kael, Kate Smith, Grant, Ben Root, Elly, Will Stotz and Beatriz Fernandez-Medina; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Noah Root; and his siblings, Sandy Reed (Robert) of Lindsey and Diane Schuh (Carl) of Woodville.
Memorial donations may be made to Grace Lutheran Church or Heartland Hospice in honor of Kenneth.
