In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Lana leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Lana may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Moore and Ardethe Baumer (Bowersox); and her brother David Moore. She is survived by: her husband Gary Cress of Fremont, OH; and her sons, Jeff Weber (Gina) of Tiffin, OH, Scott Weber (Toni) of Northwood, OH, David Weber of Fremont, OH, Steve Culbert of Port Clinton, OH and Philip Cress of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory (425 E State St, Fremont, OH 43420). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials can be made in her honor to the Humane Society of Sandusky County.
