She is survived by : her children, David Hotz (Michelle) of Kingsport, TN, Karen Lasher (Todd) of Albany, NY and Eric Hotz (Michelle) of Fremont, OH; her grandchild Tazley Hobbs (Chris); her children, Kerrie Yeaman (Cal), Anthony Hotz, Carley Hotz and Natalie Hotz; and her great grandchildren, Declan Hobbs, Willow Hobbs and Emilia Yeaman.
