He was predeceased by: his mothers, Carol E. Nehls and Frances Nehls (Boomer); his sister Mary Ann Wittman; and his nephew Bob Wittman. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Elfring; his sons, Brian Nehls (Angie) and Stephen Nehls (Marianne); his grandchildren, Mason, Maddox, Brynn, Addyson and Estie; his great grandchild Anastasia; his siblings, Madonna "Cookie" Vine (Terry) and Mark Nehls (Dawn); and his brothers-in-law, Richard Elfring (Sharon) and Bill Wittman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in Michael's name may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
