He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Price; his grandparents, John Will and Katie Lou Price; his brother John "Tim" Price; and his uncle Haldon Price.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Price of Fremont, OH; his children, Michael Price, PJ Price of Tiffin, OH and Essence Skinner of Tiffin, OH; his grandchildren, Kai, Myka Price, Arslyn, Anthym and Amalo Skinner; and his brother James "Dennis" Price. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
