He is survived by : his children, Mickey Mantle David Hardy, Jr., Heather Baker (Eric), Crystal Hardy, Anthony Cook, Megan Bocanegra (Chris), Monique Cook (Jason) and Celeste; his wife Shelley Hardy (Cook); and his brother William Hardy (Lana) of Fremont, OH. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
