She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnot J. Jeffers and Eda Cordelia Jeffers (Spires); her husband James L. Wetzel, Sr.; her son James L. Wetzel, Jr.; her siblings, Juanita Burns and Robert Jeffers; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Wetzel.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Denny (Joseph), Carl Wetzel (Jan), Dale Wetzel (Joseph Long), Clyde and Angela Wetzel (Mindy Peiffer); her sister-in-law Diana Picciuto (Mick); and her grandchildren, Jamey Moreno (Renee), Shannon Gonzalez (Lupe), Chad Moreno (April), Nachole Wetzel (JD), Laura Wetzel, Cody Wetzel (Alysha), Joshua Wetzel, Amber Davis (Brock), Erica Slaughter, John Stevenson, Miranda Stevenson (Jack), Amber Stevenson, Cory Wetzel (Sally), Troy Wetzel (Lindsey), Breanna Ohlemacher (Tyler), Ashli Lemaitre (Scottie) and Brittany Edwards. She is also survived by thirty-eight great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
