Haynes of Fremont; her children, Kelley J. Hasselbach (Dennis) of Lindsey, OH and Patrick J. "P. J." Haynes (Anna) of Dayton; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Hasselbach (Jonathan), Alexis Hasselbach, Abbi Hasselbach, Addison Hasselbach, Victoria Haynes and Dominick Haynes; her great grandchildren, Sutton and Shea Tenenzapf; and her sister Joanne Jenne (Garry) of Green Springs, OH.
