Patricia Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Theresa Smith (Ott); her father-in-law Robert "Bob" Wilhelm; and her brothers-in-law, John Knieriem and Todd "Bunny" Wilhelm.
She is survived by: her husband Troy Wilhelm of Fremont; her children, Karrie Shearer (Jamie) of Clover and Adam Wilhelm (Victoria Brooks) of Fremont; her grandchildren, Emily Topoulos (Austin), Hannah Ziegler (Kyle), Justin, Brayden, Mason, Marissa Shearer, Skylar, Madelyn, Brody and Jaysie Wilhelm; her great grandchildren, Karson Topoulos, Rue, Jude and Robin Ziegler; her siblings, Joann Meyer (Mike) of Monroeville, Doris Whitehouse (Rick) of Seminole, Mike Smith (Sherry) of Monroeville, Rose Stanley (Dave) of Norwalk, Karen Littlejohn (Steve) of Bellevue, Dave Smith (Jenny) of Norwalk and Joe Smith (Jenny) of Monroeville; her mother-in-law Sally Wilhelm of Helena; and her in-laws, Terry (Debbie Dunn), Tim (Marcelene), Tom (Tammy), Tina Knieriem and Tana Tucker (Randy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
