We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2024, at the age of 77, Patricia Gahn of Fremont, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Patricia has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Tucker and Jeanne Tucker (Gilpin); and her husband Martin Gahn. She is survived by: her children, Beth Meeks and Robert Gross (Christine); her granddaughters, Emma and Sara Gross; and her siblings, Janet Rich and David Tucker (Amy). She is also survived by 8 nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Community Church.
