She is survived by: her son Brad Mauk (Chantal) of Port Clinton, OH; her grandchildren, Tyler Mauk (Mary), Ryan Mauk (Daisy), Dominique Licata (Troy) and Stephen Pulter; her great grandchildren, Nina, Scarlett Phyllis Mauk, Mya and Ava Licata; and her sister Roxanne Smith.
