She was predeceased by: her parents, Aleksander Karu and Helmi E. Karu (Mahl); and her sister Riina Karu. She is survived by: her husband William Ripple of Fremont, OH; her son Aleksander Ripple (Amy) of Reynoldsburg, OH; and her grandchildren, Sabrina and Henry Ripple.
