She is survived by: her siblings, Rebecca "Becki" Donnell (Kevin McPherson) of Pemberville, Roberta "Bobbi" Cantrell (Jim) of Gibsonburg, Rodney Quednau (Mia) of Fremont, Randy Smith of Fremont, Andrew Smith (Christina) of Fremont, JayDee Smith Jr. (Peggy) of Findlay, Ed Smith (Tammy) of Fremont and Shannon Smith (Melissa) of Fremont; her nephews, Justin Donnell (Corina), Joshua Donnell (Sarah), James Cantrell (Jessica) and Patrick Cantrell; her niece Lisa Quednau; her great-nephews, Kadyn, Brycen and Mason Donnell; and her stepmother Judy Cunningham.
