He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Adams (Mary) and Ruth Adams (Vickery); his wife Sally Adams; and his brothers, Arthur "Jim" Adams and Arnold "Jack" Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Rodgers (Bruce) of Temperance, MI, Richard A. Adams (Margaret) of Fremont, Jeffrey Adams (JoAnn) of Fremont, Barbara Boedeker (Mark) of Attica, OH, Thomas Adams (Sally) of Lindsey, OH and Tamara Allan (Ronald) of Haysville, KS; his sister Faye Latham; and his grandchildren, Andy, Jared, Joe Brandon, Doug, Ryan, Scott Adams, Allison Miller, Leah Good, Jordan Adams, Erica Frobose, Alec Adams, Kimberly Reiterman, Sarah Steward, Amanda Maynard, David, Jonathan Adams, Emily McNett, Brad, Jake, Danny and Brent Allan. He is also survived by thirty-six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Dick's honor to Heartland Hospice.
