He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Edwards and Blanche Edwards (Boughman); his wife Sylvia Edwards (Jordan); his daughters, Rebecca Peterson and Rhonda Edwards; his grandson Tim Buchanan; and his siblings, Rosalla Dragash, Jane Masters, Eddie Edwards, Glenn Edwards, Grace Mang and Wayne Edwards.
He is survived by: his children, Richard S. Edwards (Tina) of Medina, Kelley Dukeshire (Scott) of Clyde and Katherine Buchanan (Jim Breyman) of Lakeside Peggy; and his sister Donna Manack of Navarre. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
