It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky D. Riggs of Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Rudolph and Doris Ann Riggs (Meade); his pets, Brandon, Hershey and Logan; and his nephew Shane.
He is survived by: his wife Janette Graham; his sisters, Gwen Chase (Roger), Joyce Reichardt (Lloyd) and Debra Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Candy, Sara, Chris and David.
