He is survived by: his siblings, Bonnie McDonald (Twila), Tony McDonald (Tracy), Tammy Holidayoke (Dennis), Terri Stover (Jeff) and Jeff McDonald (Paula); his daughters, Jackie Earhart, Jill McDivitt, Jodie Smith and Julie Salazar; and his grandchildren, Mindy, Matt, Shannon, Justin, Alexis, Malcolm, Ella, Jason, Nessa, Jaliya, Janna, Dion and Amber. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces.
