He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mooney and Marybelle Mooney (Boroff); and his siblings, Wayne Mooney (Jan) and Linda Mooney. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mooney; his children, Stephen Mooney (Brandi) of Perrysburg, OH, John Mooney (Karen) and Jacqueline Heberling (Norman); his stepson Steven Seaman (Michelle); and his brother Larry Mooney (Ann) of Fremont, OH. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
