He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Kelbley and Ernestine Kelbley (Clouse). He is survived by: his wife Janet Kelbley of Fremont; his children, Brian Kelbley (Deanne) of Olmsted Falls and Tara Kelbley; and his brother Gerald Kelbley (Sharon) of Tiffin.

Memorials can be made to American Heart Association or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
