He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald William and Evelyn Burroughs (Shorts); and his sister Joyce Burroughs. He is survived by: his wife Carol Toy; his children, Kelli Stump (Mike), Kerri Johnson, Ronald Jay (Beth) and Robert Dray (Christine); his brother James Burroughs (Cyndi); his grandchildren, Tony Gilroy (Liz), Emily Gilroy, Tori, Taylor Johnson, Abigail Jay, Emma, Ryan and Noah Dray; his great grandchild Brooke Owen; and his sibling's children, Angela Perkins (Dan), Jon and Jake Burroughs (Libby).

Memorial Contributions may be made to Promedica Heartland Hospice or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
