He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Winke and Clara Winke (Halbisen); his wife Ida Winke; and his siblings, Norm Winke (Elenore), Joanne Beard (Art), Dorthy Dickman (Leo), Donald Winke (Jean), Marie Smallwood and Dianne Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Winke (Charlotte) of Clyde, Sue Trick of Fremont, Sheila Parks (Dave) of Clyde and Mark Winke (Kathy Roe) of Fremont; and his grandchildren, Teresa M. Williams, Justin M. Winke (Katie), Jennifer Trick, Randy Frey Jr. (Sharon), Tanna Spaide (Shawn), Shawnte Montalvo (Rick), Leah Winke and Dillon Winke. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
