It is with sadness that the passing of Roxanna Louise (Polter) Smith (Fremont, Ohio) is shared. Roxanna passed away on August 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Roxanna will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Roxanna by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Roxanna is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Roxanna’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Polter and Ruby Polter of Riley Township; her husband Dick of Paul's Lutheran Church; her daughter Debra; and her sisters, Phyllis and Joyce.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lorrie Trusdle of Fremont, Tami Hottinger (Steve) of Fremont and Mary Jo Tranchita (Kirk) of Newberry, MI. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and great-great grandson.
