He was predeceased by : his parents, Rupert Halbisen and Clara Halbisen (Shorts); his wife Sharon Willey; his son Rick Halbisen (Anna) of Hilliard; his siblings, Bernard Halbisen, Neil Halbisen, Merlin Halbisen, Rodger Halbisen, Robert Halbisen, Dale Halbisen, Beulah Horn, Lavina Gabel, Jeanne Herman and Alice Halbisen; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Wensinger, Wayne Heishman and Howard Seaman.
He is survived by : his child Tracy Langel (Kevin) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Wendy Halbisen, Brian Halbisen, Trevor Langel, Nathan Halbisen and Jonah Halbisen; and his sisters, Karen Wammes (Earl), Mary Ann Wensinger, Margaret Heishman and Doris Seaman. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, and 3 step-great grandchildren.
