He was predeceased by: his sister Leslie Balliett. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Balliett and Kathie Balliett (Biller) of Tiffin; his siblings, Ted Balliett of Mobile, AL, Steven Balliett of Perrysburg, Emilie Balliett of Indianapolis, IN and Angela Balliett of Van Wert; and his nieces, Ruby and Willow.
