He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Dean and Allaine Marie Smith (Kachenmeister); and his stepson Micheal. He is survived by: his children, Thomas, Lisa, Carrie and Jermey; his siblings, Gordon Smith, Penny Jo and Jerry Smith; and his stepchildren, Erin Napolski and William Mullholand. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; one great grandchild.
