She is survived by: her husband Jim Hammer of Fremont, OH; her children, Kathy Swartz (Doug) of Cape Coral, FL and Thomas Hammer (Mary Jo) of Fremont, OH; her brother Frank House (Dolly) of Bozeman, MT; and her grandchildren, Megan Baumann (Garrett), Zachary Swartz, Christi Jo Guhn (Dustin), Carla Jo Hammer, Lisa Jo Hammer and Michael Hammer. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
