He was predeceased by: his parents, Esteban Valle and Antonia Valle (Perez); his former wife Ramona Vargas; his children, John Valle, Milagro Parrish and Aida Valle; and his siblings, Gayetano Valle, Estaban Valle Jr., Pablo Valle, Emilo Valle, Anna Delia Durbelo, Nelida Valle, Gloria Alicea, Louie Valle, Angel Valle and Rafaela Lopez.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Valle of Fremont, OH; his children, Armando Valle (Gloria), Ismael Valle (Linda), Efrain Valle of Tampa, FL, Michael Valle and Telesforo Valle Jr. of Tampa, FL; and his siblings, Antonia Lopez, Quebradillas, Esther Saenz of Quito and Margo Santana (Blanco) of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 51 great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren.
