He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Reed and Margaret Reed (Gottron); his wife Shirley Hemminger; and his brother-in-law Richard Ruggiero. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Billow (Randy) and Chad Reed-Dobbs (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jason, Clayton, Cody Billow, Dylan, Brayden, Zachary Dobbs and Victoria Garby; his great grandchildren, Miya, Baileigh Billow and Beau Garby; and his siblings, Cheryl Ruggiero, Dennis Reed (Mary) and Tim Reed (Chris).
