He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane (Finch) and William Weber; and his daughter Lori Annette Flory. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kipps of Fremont; his son Thomas Kipps II of Bettsville; his stepchildren, Milynda Binder of Fremont, Todd Binder (Kristie) of Monroe and Kendall Binder of Denver, Colorado; his sister Peg Tiell of Fremont; his grandchildren, Thomas Kipps III (Emilee), Tasha Miller (Calvin), Danielle McMurray (Trent) and Dan Flory IV (Samantha); his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Scherger (Matt), Victoria Humberger, Brandon Binder (Angel), Seth Binder, Blake Mullins and Hayley Faust (Cyle); and his great grandchild Franklin L. Kipps.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memory Gardens (1793 W McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Residence of Sharon Kipps State Route.
