He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kipps of Fremont; his son Thomas Kipps II of Bettsville; his stepchildren, Milynda Binder of Fremont, Todd Binder (Kristie) of Monroe and Kendall Binder of Denver, Colorado; his sister Peg Tiell of Fremont; his grandchildren, Thomas Kipps III (Emilee), Tasha Miller (Calvin), Danielle McMurray (Trent) and Dan Flory IV (Samantha); his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Scherger (Matt), Victoria Humberger, Brandon Binder (Angel), Seth Binder, Blake Mullins and Hayley Faust (Cyle); and his great grandchild Franklin L. Kipps.
