He is survived by: his wife Jessica Richards; his daughter Arrianna Richards; his brothers, Adam Butzer (Sarah) and Anthony Butzer (Brittany); his parent Mary Beth Butzer (Richards); his brother-in-law Josh McDermitt (Krista); his nieces and nephews, Brody, Lucas, Elliana, Enzo, Amiah and Zamari; and his parents-in-law, Judy McDermitt and Mike McDermitt (Kathie).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the First United Church of Christ (1500 Tiffin Rd, Fremont, OH 43420).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for Arrianna's future education, c/o Jessica Richards.
