It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicky Kay Baltzell (Fremont, Ohio), who passed away on April 2, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vicky Kay Baltzell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl A. Swartz and Shirley J. Swartz (DeVanna); her parents-in-law, William, Ruth Baltzell and Ruth Ann LeSavage; her brother Wayne; her aunt Bonnie Campbell; and her friend Josef Wasserman.
She is survived by: her close friend Marsha Weaver; her great-nephew Isaac Baumann; her husband Jeffrey Jon Baltzell; her daughter Jennifer Lynn Baltzell; her pets, Bob and Phoebe; her brother Douglas Swartz (Kathy); and her siblings-in-law, Michael Baltzell (Mary), Thomas Baltzell (Anna), Lorrie Harvey, Christine Baltzell, Mary Jane Zimmerman (Craig) and Sharon Baltzell.
Vicky returned to Fremont with Jeff each summer where she continued to do odd jobs for Bruce and delivered flowers for Josef, who appointed her the Happy Hour Flower Car Hop at Bella Cosa during the pandemic.
